Our nearly 20 year old furnace heats a large commercial building. With winter coming on, it failed. Jim and his son came swiftly and, accompanied by a few curses for the lack of light and piles of tools in our furnace room, Jim reworked the furnace entrails and said it was still a good furnace, didn't need replacement just yet. Then he looked at the four "zones" that the original supplier put in, said they were confusing the furnace, and offered to fix the system, which he then did. After all these years, our old furnace is doing the very best job ever of keeping this old building and its huge lower half-basement level very evenly heated. We appreciate that he was willing to work on an old furnace, and when we need a new one, he's the man.
